Meh, first 4 games aren't that important. Andy and Spags use those first few games as live practices as far as I can tell. What matters is how the team is playing around Week 10 forward. [Reply]

The NFL gave us those 1st 2 games for a reason!
Of course starting 2-0 is preferred, but not doing that isn’t the deal breaker for this team as much as it is for others. Last year KC got embarrassed by the Raiders (when they should have been fine tuned) and didn’t lose again after that. That’s with arguably one of if not the hardest paths to a SB Championship in NFL history. [Reply]
Who needs HFA?
Who needs tiebreakers?
Who needs to have home playoff games ?
We are such a juggernaut, why do we even play any games?
There is no way on God's Green Earth any of you can think this way?
We are going into the start of the season with OL issues or at least questions! A new LT, possibly a new LG to start with. Now rumors that Justin Reid injury is more serious? What is the rest of the season going to be like injury wise?
We just don't know!
Every damn one of you here is wise enough to know we need to win as many games as possible and peaking at the end of the season. The goal is to win them all, if not, then at least the SB.
But I must admit, some of you here are a hell of a lot smarter than I am, you have this already figured out which 1 of the 2, or both 1st 2 games and how many we win plus the SB. [Reply]

No, the issue is you're talking about overpaying for someone like Justin Simmons based on a reddit injury report on Justin Reid. That's crazy.
As for the OL "issues" we're going into the season with.... were they not the exact same thing last season?! LT was completely unsettled. You're the only one talking about Thuney not being able to start the season as Reid said he's basically nearly available for the start of TC.
Man, stop with the sky is falling nonsense and overuse of exclamation points. It's exhausting. No one is glossing over anything, but we're also not going to be Chicken Littles on July 22nd. [Reply]

But by all accounts from people who have observed OTAs and TC so far, Hicks looks every bit the part of a guy who will be making a real impact. The 41 is the Mic guys were talking about how Spags should designate him as the spy in week 1 against Lamar Jackson.
And while it would be lovely to start 2-0, anyone crying about a 1-1 start hasn’t been paying attention to this team and how it builds throughout the season.
Hicks was like the #2 safety on many boards.

I did not say anything about paying him a large amount of money! I know it's what he wants, but I'm sure he'd take far less on a 1 year flier to play with the top SB contender.
Hell, I never said anything about the sky is falling? You took the liberty to add to something I never said! Thanks for playing!
All I did was asked if we should explore the possibility! If Reid is worst than mentioned, I still see no reason not to upgrade ( if the $$$ are correct ) with a quality player. With this said, we don't know if he is or isn't. What we do know is these type of leg injuries can be hard to predict how they will heal! [Reply]
Yesterday’s 41 pod said Kingsley and wanya split reps 50/50 with wanya getting the start. But 50/50 and they expect them to rotate as starters. [Reply]

Now you are being dramatic. No one here is saying that the first two games are not important, nor are they saying they don’t want KC to win them. What everyone is saying is that if they don’t go 2-0 it’s not the end of the season for this team. [Reply]

Provide your source for this. Please use multiple exclamation points in addition. [Reply]
