Yep, exactly. I stated this in the other thread I started about Atlanta sucking. We walked to the tailgate in the sun in 90 degree heat with high humidity. Then we discovered it wasn't going to happen so we had to walk back towards the dome. My wife was roasting by that point. We found the first place that had AC that we could get into. Ended up spending a small fortune on a couple of sandwiches and a couple of beers at that point. [Reply]

I paid directly to her through the link you provided in this thread which provided her PayPal account. I did this the day before the event as that is what it said to do. I did pay through PayPal but I used my credit card on PayPal. I can possibly dispute it with my CC as fraud but they may not look at it that way since the money was technically paid to PayPal and not that lady as far as they can see. Do you have any emails from the Falcons I can share with my CC company? [Reply]

BRC and company organize and take money for tailgate that was supposed to be manned by ATL Kingdom peeps-before confirming they had the manpower to pull it off.
BRC and ATL Kingdom can't find enough people to man tailgate so.....
ATL Kingdom hires a caterer that the OPPOSING team recommended and send her money. She is a no show. After the fact BRC learns she has done this before.
A couple of observations-
Your first clue should have been her name BIRD LADY
It is best to do your own research and not depend on someone who answers the phones for the FALCONS to recommend a caterer
Last but not least- y'all took the money and did not provide the service. Those who paid should not have to wait on you to sort it out for a refund. They need to be made whole NOW. [Reply]

I’m not as high on going after people IRL as some others around here, but this is totally different situation and has my full support (not that my support or lack of makes any difference). We aren’t just talking about obnoxious troll, this is straight up fraud. Fuck her.

Maybe this is standard protocol, but why exactly are the Falcons trying to shield this fraudster from legal action? Hired on their recommendation despite doing the same thing before allegedly, then want folks to hold off and sort it out in house? Sounds like there's some shenanigans afoot.
