Jaden Hicks was the No. 1 safety on the @dpbrugler board, and Dane knows his stuff. Never imagined Hicks would be available in the fourth round. Incredible value there.
Almost certainly less physical (Steve Atwater may have been less physical) but slower? That remains to be seen. I have no idea how he timed, but the kid played FAST.
As I said late last season, I liked what I saw from him far more than I liked what I saw from Cook. He seemed tailor made to be a single-high sort of conventional FS. He covered an incredible amount of ground. [Reply]

Sneed ran a 4.37 vs 4.51 for Connor.
With you on playing speed being comparable. [Reply]

I think the difference would be the recovery speed not the quickness. Sneed could always occasionally be beaten early, but he'd eat that space up pretty quick.
No idea if Connor could, but i guess it's moot as we're just not going to use him the same way. [Reply]

60% of the time my sentences make sense every time. Yes I did think that read oddly, I meant throughout his time here he always had moments where he was beaten early. He wasn't always locked on people all route.
I'm not sure that makes any more sense. It did in my head. [Reply]
