My dad was telling me that Wade Philips is staying as DC, regardless of who the head coach is. That the HC candidate must agree to keep Wade to get the job. I haven't heard this anywhere else. Is there anything to it? [Reply]

Elway said he'd like to keep Wade for some continuity but I don't think he's gonna force the issue. Shanny Jr. Makes a lot of sense as I think he'll keep Wade and he'll fix the offense. [Reply]
