One of the best WR prospects at the catch point and winning leverage mid-route. He consistently sets up defenders to put them on his back, locates the ball, and attacks it at the highest point.
Rashee Rice was drafted with pick 55 of round 2 in the 2023 draft class. He scored a 9.53 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 145 out of 3062 WR from 1987 to 2023. https://t.co/lwD9tvVPvvpic.twitter.com/YjucxErSE1

Rice learns the playbook and sees the field, he’s going to be much better than Juju. Juju had a little more girth and could do some TE type things, but Rice -provided he can do the mental side - is going to be a lot better.
Think he's significantly more shifty than Juju too. Much, much higher YAC potential [Reply]
But I’m encouraged with him and Ross. I’ve always liked Sky and Toney.
of course it's to TBD, but it's August, and the time for dreams.
However-it sure looks like, at this point in time, that Veach has done his magician act again. It LOOKS like we might have four young studs in that WR room.
One who can't stay healthy, but whatever, we'll be fine. [Reply]

What are your thoughts at this point? Genuine question, because if you're excited, I'm excited.
I wasn't. I wasn't down on him either, I don't want that to get confused either.
But I had some pretty big questions. And while I didnt think he was actually a 4.68 speed guy, I did figure he'd be a mid 4.5's guy. So I'm curious to see how he looks this preseason.
His vertical test was awful. Yet on film he never had a problem elevating.
My stance was always this: His freshman year was overhyped, his final year left a lot to be desired, his testing was awful. But he did have that foot issue, so wait and see. He's got Hopkins ish hands and good size.
I'm excited to see. Because him and Rice outside coUlf be monstrous if it all goes our way [Reply]

I'm really hopeful the kid turns into at least one of the comps we've seen put forward in this thread (and others). It's still way too early to say he's going to even see any playing time in real games. I really hope he does and that he dominates. [Reply]
