It looks like TimBone already hit all the points in here but you were definitely off the mark. He mentioned 17 year olds then I responded to him mentioning girls that had already likely finished puberty. We certainly weren't talking about 14 year olds.

I'm telling you, man. I don't give two fucks if I sound creepy (I'm still in my 20s so it isn't super creepy regardless). There is often no discernible difference between some of these 17-18 year old high schoolers and 20-21 year old coed sluts at college bars.

Females hit puberty far earlier than males do. A lot of them these days are getting their periods at 10 and 11. By the time they're 16 they're as tall as they're going to be for the rest of their lives with all the appropriate gear as well.

My 17 year old Son is constantly bringing a new girlfriend around the house every month. The first thing that is evident is that I am old as ****. The second thing that is evident is that these girls look a hell of a lot different than when I was in school. The extremely short shorts are damn near just a second layer of underwear. I know! It's alright to recognize this and it's probably healthier that you actually admit it instead of pretending like some sort of magic thing happens at 18 where previously run of the mill girls turn into women and suddenly make you notice them.

Perhaps I'm in the minority here, but I regularly interact with college students by volunteering for a national organization. Most of the students I meet with are juniors or seniors but I sometimes see 1st or 2nd year students. To me, they look like children (whether well-developed or not).
