Not really. As much as I HATE it, they still have plenty of chances. There many teams trying for that final WC spot, and all are behind them. What happens if Miami, B-more, Tenn, etc also lose? The only way they're really out of it would be to lose out. 9-7 might be good enough. 8-8 won't be.
