I pretty much eat them every night. Get some olive oil in a pan. These are the large frozen bags of veggies from Costco. I buy this bag and the Stir-fry one. Both very good. Cook until almost done. Last 5 minutes I season with some type of large chunk Hawaiian salt. Not this brand but it's what it looks like.
On the list. And I usually buy two bags of mixed veggies at Costco, awesome deal. Much goes into smoothies, but we're a veggie family, so the bags go rather quickly. [Reply]
For lunch today I'm doing country fried steak (not chicken fried). Then tonight I'm doing chorizo and potato burritos with a fresh tomatillo salsa. [Reply]

You're going to have to educate me on the difference between country fried and chicken fried.
And it's good to see you getting into mexican food :-) [Reply]

I don't think I've ever had it before. Made it this morning. Not sure how I feel about it by itself, but it's really tasty with the chorizo and potato. [Reply]

It has a great look certainly is not runny, I mean it's hard to judge the texture but looks great 2 me.
