Man!!!! I love Andy Reid. The @Chiefs and Andy Reid are offensive line savants. Kingsley Suamataia has big time potential. I think he he can be awesome guard or tackle. Just needs a little technique work. He is an aggressive killer who is great athlete.
Kingsley Suamataia is a versatile offensive tackle who split his 1,300 career snaps at BYU almost exactly down the middle between left and right tackle.
My favorite line from Dane Brugler's draft guide: "He delivers more pancakes than Denny's"
Traitsy OT w/ great size+athleticism+strengt. Easy range in the run game to pull or climb to landmarks or hit set points in slide. Patient hand usage to stay square and trust his lateral agility. Pad level & overall technique should develop in NFL. pic.twitter.com/p9zOJEuMkr
Kelce is helping chip and passes it off, but Suamataia still manages to overset and gets beaten inside. A penalty bailed out the Chiefs but this is as ugly as it gets. pic.twitter.com/FZnI71fx1u

How could this scouting staff not see this on tape from BYU? It’s like everyone else saw it but us
Nik Bonitto gliding by the Left tackle and Mahomes simply 360 no scopes the ball juuuuuust enough out of bounds to avoid the grounding call. 15 is such a dick. pic.twitter.com/6a5DH5tsUV

This can't happen at the NFL level.

At least he got his hands on thuney. Small victories.
No but seriously, I don't think he has any idea what happened on that play. Like he got beat so bad he didn't even see or register what happened. Why else doesn't he turn around and at least try to hold the guy that beat him? [Reply]
I was real excited about this kid in camp/preseason. He definitely showed some flashes. It seems like he’s lost all confidence though and has regressed to what we witnessed yesterday. I don't remember ever seeing such an awful performance from a chiefs tackle. Even I-65 Jordan Black held up better than Kingsley did yesterday. [Reply]
I just realized that on none of the videos I've watched does he even attempt to help Mahomes get back up after allowing him to get hit. That's almost as bad as his play. This one is especially bad
Nik Bonitto rushing from these wide alignments with his elite get off is a cheat code. pic.twitter.com/Xf7pVTKKDg

Yeah, his body language seemed awful. It seemed like he was disinterested, like he couldn’t care less that he was getting beat and his QB was getting smashed. It’s the opposite of a guy like Trey smith who plays so passionately- you can tell how pissed he is if he gets beat. [Reply]

That means either 1) he doesn’t care or 2) he’s so mentally fucked in terms of confidence that he doesn’t realize how bad it looks post snap.
One of the first plays after Wanya went out, Kingsley ran over to the far right boundary and helped Kareem up off the grounds. Someone probably yelled at him to get back to the huddle. [Reply]

Idk why I just randomly thought of this during MNF, but I still remember 2013 Week 3 when Justin Houston baptized rookie Lane Johnson on TNF for 3 sacks.
Now there’s not a chance in hell that Kingsley is Lane Johnson. But, we definitely are prisoners of the moment right now. Just have to hope he wants it bad enough to get a lot better. [Reply]
