One of the best WR prospects at the catch point and winning leverage mid-route. He consistently sets up defenders to put them on his back, locates the ball, and attacks it at the highest point.
Rashee Rice was drafted with pick 55 of round 2 in the 2023 draft class. He scored a 9.53 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 145 out of 3062 WR from 1987 to 2023. https://t.co/lwD9tvVPvvpic.twitter.com/YjucxErSE1

The only issue Toney had getting on the field was injury.

I don't get this narrative at all.
No it wasn’t. Toney maintained he was healthy and could play for awhile last season before he was traded and we plugged him right in. They also benched their extremely expensive FA Golloday who had played well in Detroit. Now hearing Jalin Hyatt is already getting shit on. It adds up to some level of WTF. [Reply]

Hyatt has take the top off speed but it will take time to deprogram that gimmicky Tennessee offense. I expect nothing this season
Also I think whoever said that he's MVS and we already have MVS was a little more right than I cared to admit.
Rice has a completely different skillset
Agree totally re Tennessee. As for his time, yeah it's odd. He looked like grease lightning but I could also see the argument he was a long speed guy more than an acceleration freak. I could see the appeal of the speed but honestly not much else had my excited [Reply]
So, I didn't look to see if it has been mentioned, but Jordan Addison got a ticket going 140 mph in a 55, because he said his dog had a medical emergency.
At least he wasn't drunk. Maybe the NFL should require rookies to hire professional drivers. [Reply]

If the dog is a chihuahua or pomeranian then it should be at least a 6 game suspension [Reply]

I think skyy was seen as another undersized receiver that will struggle to contribute, and may not have the size and tools to make it as a number 1 or even 2 receiver.
Rice is a more traditional build receiver who could potentially be a true number one, and all the training camp reports seem to be very positive. [Reply]

I think its mostly Rices jump ball style and game translates to training camp highlights. But i hope he is as ready as it seems. [Reply]
