Went out to go home from work, car turns over for a second, dies and flashes "fail safe engine mode." Had to have it towed to mechanic. I've never had a car towed in my life. Could be something small, could be huge. Who knows.

Have deal with mechanic and towing was only $60. Picked it up right away. Dude loved car and was very gentle with it. Made sure we had front end clearance. Dropped car and I off at mechanic.. Sensors out of whack and throttle body needs replaced. It's been doing some weird reving, even in neutral, so I knew something was off with the sensors. Looks like common problem in this mustang.

I was gonna say it was just a bad throttle body. Dammit lew at least give us a shot to figure it out. Asshole. You could have waited until tomorrow to tell us what was wrong.
