I bought a used slicer from Jesse Ambrosi years back (1990's) and it works great!!!! and saved $600. My company took care of the family vehicles so I got a deal and I also have a knife block with about $2K worth of knives he sold me.

Swordfish with mango salsa, steamed zucchini/red peppers and green salad. Light for the suffocating heart and humidity. Took a pic but this room is too hot to load it on and re-size for net. Later.
