The "Home Team" in the Super Bowl alternates every other year. The home team decides what uniform they will wear and the "visitor" is forced into the color opposite.
The NFC is the home team. The Eagles picked green.
In LV the Bucs chose their white road unis instead of red home because Tom is superstitious. That's why we wore red in back to back years in LIV and LV.

Only thing keeping KC from having the #1 pick every year is the refs. They have single handedly created this dynasty, not the players, coaches, or front office. Just the refs.

I do think this team is better than the last Eagles, probably the best we've faced, and it'll be very close. But, they have to play us, turns out we're pretty good.
We have a HOF coach top 2 in league history (in a few years) they have Sirianni.
We have the best player and future HOF quarterback to ever play the game, they have a regressed but still good Hurts.
We have a first ballot, and best TE to ever play the position, they have Goedert who could potentially have a big game.
We have the best or second best at worst DC in league history, they have a guy who’s defense has never beaten our quarterback.
They have been waiting for this game, this moment since they were handed the Lombardi by John Failway in the Raiders stadium. They had their sights set on back to back, but also something much bigger than that. We have the championship pedigree, they have to face a team that beat them 2 years ago, has the better players and coaches at the most important positions. Putting up 38 points on their “historic defense and unbelievable sack rate to the tune of no sacks (put it on a fucking shirt) with Mahomes with a bad wheel, and much worse receiving options top to bottom. And a much better and cohesive defense to go along with all that, the best situational defensive play caller I’ve ever seen.
They didn’t come to the doorstep to be turned away. Regardless of what the Eagles do (aside from an injury), this team will probably give us a heart attack on the way to it. But these guys won’t be denied. They’ve been here before, down double digits multiple times, and they will make the soft as Charmin Eagles fans Cry Eagles Cry ONCE AGAIN when Mahomes and this team vanquishes them back to the shithole city they play for.
60 minutes to immortality.
Book it. Hat Trick Mahomes is gonna be a thing!
