If Caliendo is getting his poop chute pushed in what kind of adjustments will Andy make to remedy it?
But, Mahomes will have to be the equalizer…
I feel like it's a lot like two SBs ago... maybe it turns out that way, but I'm not convinced of it right now. They only played like 2 games against defenses in the top half of the league, and that's not a high bar by any means... and I believe someone posted zero games against top 5 defenses. They got a complete pass playing the Commanders in the NFCCG.
Hurts played the game of his life last time to prove all us doubters wrong and maybe with Barkley this time he doesn't have to be THAT good, but we'll see. [Reply]

Washington, for as great of a storyline as they have been this year are nowhere near the level of KC. That is not a knock on them at all, but a reality. They are not a team that can overcome that many turnovers against a team like Philly, especially at home. [Reply]

I genuinely think that KC is being overlooked due to some of their wins this season. Outside of LG (because Caliendo is playing there vs Thuney) I don’t see one position group where KC is significantly worse than two years ago. This is still one of the best all around rosters in the NFL with a legend at HC and DC (with Toub at ST kinda underrated). [Reply]
I don't see any issue with thinking and saying the Eagles roster is better across the board, in the sense of having more elite players and fewer gaps. As long as it's caveated with the acknowledgement that we have the better coaches and QB, that those are most important, and that all this team does is beat rosters that are supposedly better.
I do think this team is better than the last Eagles, probably the best we've faced, and it'll be very close. But, they have to play us, turns out we're pretty good. [Reply]

I think this is going to be a national breakout game for Hicks. Admittedly, my opinion is based on nothing but the percentage of playing time he has been receiving and what I think his role should be in defending Philly's running attack and short game. [Reply]
Big Charlie’s will be closed on Super Bowl Sunday, 2/9/25. We looked into several options , but we feel closing is our best option. We like to thank our patrons for a great season. Go Chiefs!

1. Every Super Bowl Mahomes plays in will have the same storyline. “NFC Team has the better roster, but the Chiefs have the better QB.”
2. After Mahomes wins, the NFC team is immediately diminished as not being as good as everyone thought and “Well of course Mahomes beat THAT quarterback”.
Same people who talk about the NFC rep being a super team will tell you that Mahomes got an easy draw after the game.

The owner is afraid of violence from Eagle fans. It is a Chiefs bar in Philadelphia. Rough town. Eagle fans burned & trashed the city when they won the Super Bowl with Nick Foles. [Reply]

We could wear a nice Sunday dress and heels and beat these simple minded pole greasers.
The offense isn't all that complex and the defense just do what it do and beats people down with overwhelming talent. El Travador and Pat feast on simple zones and secondaries with two rookies.
Hurts makes Lamar look like the top 1% of Mensa... [Reply]
