Shit market, and I put in my original post it was going to be a pump and dump. I dumped it same day I bought it @ $4.98, made a few hundred and received a good faith violation from Fidelity. I understand if you're selling for a loss but a GFV when you sell for profit doesn't make any sense. [Reply]

GFV and PDT violations I get from time to time. It's dumb that retail investors get these, but I can understand why brokerages do it. Shit, I got 2 or 3 from last week and today on OCGN. I just lay low for a few days and it's all good. Ameritrade doesn't mess around, and they let you know when you're getting close to breaking the round trip rules. [Reply]
