Guess it was a down week? 3 sacks total... had two 1/2 sack credits and a sack forced a fumble returned for a TD, had 5 tackles and 2 assists. I dunno, maybe he had a quality sack dance? One of his sacks was the last play of the game, so maybe that's what they remembered most. [Reply]
Can I get a truthful answer on how Stephenson has played so far this season? Anybody but Knowmo please. I'm not looking to talk shit, just curious. [Reply]

I dunno... serviceable to average in the games he hasn't missed? [Reply]
I think a lot of people are sleeping on what Siemian can do.
No...they are sleeping because your shitty, one dimensional offense is boring. Your going to have trouble selling the Atlanta and SD final score....Donkos were thoroughly whipped and added garbage points.
They put up a whopping 3 points in the first half against bad defenses.
Semenboy has been lucky all season with players dropping easy INTs...the Bengals game and the most recent Chargers come to mind. His stats could be looking pretty horrid right now.... [Reply]

First, it's "you're" and not "your"...
Loss to the Falcons - Lynch's first start. Freeman was admirable on the ground and Coleman lit 'em up, exposed some areas where they can be beaten by a talented TE type of player.
Lynch looked like a rookie - 6 sacks, an INT... errant throws. Shit happens.
7 of 11 drives ended in punt (6) or INT for Denver.
5 of 11 drives ended in punt, turnover or downs for Atlanta.
So, yeah - they lost a game that may not have been as ugly with Trevor. Who knows, can't cry over it.
Loss to the Chargers - Siemian likely shouldn't have started, but Lynch was no consideration with as bad as he looked the week prior AND Kubiak was missing from the game due to health issues.
Denver outgained the Chargers in yards and the 12 penalties killed them, stopped 2 key drives from converting first downs. Stupid mental mistakes, been happening more often than not during the year, but this was really the first game it costs them.
11 of 14 drives for Denver were punts (5), fumble (2), safety, missed FG...
5 of 10 drives for Chargers were punts - 4 were FGs
Chargers won the game, but look at the penalties and all those mistakes add up.
So, not excusing the losses - explaining the lack of points 'against' bad defenses.
Anyway, that's in the past ... 6-2 is the tally at this point with the Raiders up next on Sunday night. Is 7 wins in line? We shall see. [Reply]
Only one player (Rams 1st-team All-Pro DT Aaron Donald) has been credited with more QB hits this year than Broncos DE @Derek_Wolfe95 (15). pic.twitter.com/v25o0ntFFU

he missed 3 games and is average, but it takes 8 games to develop good communication in this system according to previous players. He is also exposed because the guard play is below average. [Reply]
Painting over a turd doesn't work. He looks like a career journeyman and is getting worse each week. He is what this Raider D needs to get going. [Reply]

Maybe, but this Denver defense is exactly not what your offense wants to face...
Denver has a middle of the road offense against a bad defense.
Denver has a top rated defense against a top rated offense.
Geography is key, which is why I give the edge to Oakland this week, but it's far from a gimme win for the Raiders. [Reply]

Denver, depends how much Elway bribes Goodell.
Good point, and KC? And, admit it ... what most pisses you off is that it's been a long time since the 1999 retirement presser and you're still mentioning 'that name' in regards to Denver. [Reply]
