Well said. If hell freezes over and the Chiefs are 4-2 in two weeks this place will be proclaiming them Super Bowl contenders. The double standard is sickening sometimes. [Reply]

Lets be fair though. Broncos have not been missing their best offensive player (J Charles) and their best defensive player (Justin Houston) like the Chiefs have. If they had been missing say Von Miller and D Thomas and still managed to go 4-2 I'm sure most people would consider them SB contenders.
Lets see how the offense does with Charles back this week and see how he plays before we decide the season to be a disaster. Plenty of teams have started 2-2 and made the SB. The season is far from over. [Reply]

Serous question. Just saw a commercial with Von in it. He suits up with glasses, right? How come in this day and age of lasik surgery does he not get them fixed? Or does he have a condition that he can't? Or just won't? [Reply]

He wears contacts while playing.
Says he's been wearing glasses since he was a kid, he's used to them part of his style.
Has a charity, Von's Vision, to help underprivileged kids get eye care/eye wear and help them know it's ok to wear glasses. Ubisoft donates $1k to it for every sack he gets. [Reply]

That's actually pretty damned decent of him.
Does he also teach kids how to take undetectable PEDs suited to their sport of choice, properly load a gat using safety first, and how to sidestep murder investigations? I'm thinking the answer might be yes! [Reply]

I saw a commercial for X Box live during the game. It had VonDouchebag in it and he slapped the controller out of the kids hands that he was playing. It was nice to see them showing him to be the dirty playing cheater that he is in that commercial.
