Media Center>OLED TV Prices Continue to Fall

65 inch Samsung OLED at Best Buy for $1000:

65 inches is on the small side (that's what she said), but that's a good deal. I'm sure larger models will follow suit before long.

Hotspring. And we bought it from a very reputable dealer, too.

I don't remember all the issues he had - this was from like mid 80's through early 90's when I was young - I just remember him complaining about it all the time.

I don't know who Pump is, but I'll bet the seal is happy.

Ugh.

One of my friends said our local dealer was a dick to deal with over a faulty cover issue.

Our cover got damaged when we had softball-sized hail. They repaired it no problem. They came out and fixed the pipe the first year too. They're pretty good to work with as far as dealers go. We just haven't called them on the pump because we've basically given up.

Think I’m going to switch to a Sundance. $5,500-iish cheaper and the dealer has always been easier to deal with.

Yeah the Hotspring was way more expensive than most of their competitors. We thought it was worth it to get a respected brand.

High end outdoor TVs are a huge scam, btw.

Reliability and picture quality blow.
