Yeah I know but it's as close to a gimme as you're going to get. And like personally IDC as much about going undefeated as getting the threepeat, if giving the starters some rest causes them to lose a game but it helps win a superbowl, I'm fine with the tradeoff. But I understand the team probably doesn't see it that way [Reply]

Don’t worry. Resting guys in week 12 is not a real thing in the NFL. Only message board fodder. Chiefs could win today 49-2 and everyone is playing next week (actual injured guys not included, of course). [Reply]
I think if we get this one there’s a very good chance that ensures we don’t play them again. I just don’t see them winning two playoff games to get back to us in the AFC championship. [Reply]

The Panthers have won their last two games and are gaining confidence as their young QB is starting to play better. After an emotional game against the Bills we can’t afford a letdown in Charlotte. They will be amped to play us [Reply]

Hell, I'd encourage getting the Red Rocket some pt to shake the rust off just in case he's needed in the playoffs.
We lose this game, we can only lose one more game or the Bills get the #1 seed. That loss needs to be saved for week 18.
Our HFA odds drop to below 50% if we lose. 79% chance for HFA if we win today. We really need to have those two weeks off for our guys to get healed up for the playoffs. [Reply]

Even if they play us again, the Chiefs will look different (hopefully) with Brown and Pacheco in the lineup. That will give Reid options he doesn't currently have.
Buffalo will also look different with their WRs healthy.
This game is not a good predictor of a possible playoff matchup 10 weeks later with different rosters on each side, especially since players who are currently healthy will invariably be hurt by then. We don't know what either team's playoff roster will look like. [Reply]
