The #Chiefs join the 1990 49ers as the only teams to start 8-0 after winning back to back Super Bowls.

The 49ers did it with a little more style. The Chiefs do it with a little more grit. Either way, witness greatness, dawg.

The similarities in this clip between us and them are amazing.

Sunday at Arrowhead, the #Chiefs can join the 1990 49ers as the ONLY teams to start 9-0 after winning back-to-back Super Bowls.

The 49ers ran their record to 9-0 with throttling defense, a few crisp passes from Joe Montana and oh yes...a little help from the refs. 🤣🤣🤣 pic.twitter.com/X8FMv6AIRZ

"and when they don't win by 3 touchdowns every week - and you can't expect that - people say hey, they aren't playing well"

So, nothing has changed. :-)

This was the peak of the mountain for SF...can we match it? I'd say if we do, our 10-0 exceeds their 10-0.

This weekend the #Chiefs can join the 1990 49ers as the only teams to start 10-0 after winning back to back Super Bowls.

The Chiefs will face a far stiffer test than San Francisco did in Week 11 that season. 😒 pic.twitter.com/FQRZ1oDsRn
