For sure. And it's a much higher floor group than we had last season.
And I hate to break it to you but MahomesMagic has you beat for the most notorious critic. You were a solid #2 though if it makes you feel better. [Reply]
This just always made too much sense not to happen. We all assume the Rice situation will just go away, but that's highly unlikely. He's going to get suspended for a few games. On top of that, Worthy and Brown have both shown themselves to be pretty fragile, and the people hoping guys like Remigio and Ross would ever amount to more than camp fodder were being naive from the get go, and this signing kind of proves that.
I never, ever want to see Mahomes in a position like last year, where he literally had nobody he could trust aside from Rice and Kelce. You stack this position as much as possible going forward, just like the o-line. You can never have enough weapons when 15 is your QB. You want to put Ross and Remigio on the PS, that's fine. I don't want them out there trying to catch passes when the real bullets are flying. Just a great, under the radar, total Veach & Reid type move. I love them very much, two very nice men indeed. It's not like JuJu was available for vet minimum all offseason and they only now decided to sign him. There doesn't have to be any smoking gun here; rather it may just be "JuJu knows the playbook and we think he's better than xyz."
I’m definitely hoping it’s for that reason and not because of an injury or suspension. But it’s definitely good insurance to have if one of those things were to happen this year. I admittedly didn’t watch and Pats games last year, but I’m assuming Juju must have some gas in the tank otherwise we wouldn’t be singing him. [Reply]
Absolute no brainer! He was an integral part of a Super Bowl title 18 months ago. He should be able to let the knee rest if needed throughout the year. Mahomes trusts him. Hes a pro. [Reply]
I feel like there was a lot of speculation about Moore filling Juju’s role last offseason?
I believe many of us felt that Moore had the potential to at least be able to run all those slants and underneath routes that Juju ate on a couple years ago.
Then, Moore turned out to suck and that didn’t happen.
I’m wondering if this is Juju taking Moore’s spot on the roster. [Reply]
If needed, if injuries were to pile up throughout the year, I have no doubt Mahomes could win a crucial game against a quality opponent with Juju, Watson and Hardman at receiver. Depth people. Experience. Veteran presence. Not a lot of rosters could sustain injury to their top 3 receivers. [Reply]

I think Pats fans hated him for some dropped passes/tipped balls for INTs, but that whole team was miserable last year. [Reply]
