All this talk about series, how network TV Sucks, and how hard it is to find quality shows, and some excellent shows that fly under the radar, I need a comprehensive review of all the series I need to see.
For good entertainment, I would be willing to buy DVD sets. But I've recently picked up HBOGO by kiping it from my parents, and recently got Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Here is a listing of shows that I currently own or have seen all the episodes of. If it isn't on the list, just assume I haven't seen it.

I work a fuckton, so it is hard for me catch a series while it is on to get it on the DVR, but I recognize the entertainment value and am willing to go after the Must See shows. Accordingly, I'm not necessarily looking for anything that is still running. I'm up for watching stuff that has run its course.
So what say you, Planet? Which shows should I see?

I love British comedies, but the camera work/style on this show really bugged me, so I never could get into it. Those guys did a movie called Magicians which was pretty entertaining. [Reply]
Made it through Boss last night. It was solidly "Meh" until the last episode of the first season. Wow. That was a great hour of television. The second season was pretty solid, but for whatever reason I had a hard time suspending belief. And some of the camera work was mildly irritating. But there are some splendid titties in it.
It's worth a watch. There are only 20 episodes, so the time commitment isn't huge. [Reply]
Holy shit. The Assets was really spectacular. In the beginning it was pretty meh. But It got really damn good towards the middle and fucking awesome at the end.
AND THEN it turned out to be true. Christ. What a show. [Reply]
Finished Rome. It ended up being pretty damned good. I was considering dumping it in the middle of the first season. The second half of the first season and most of the second season is really damn good.
The last episode of the first season is on par with almost anything else out there. Damn good television. [Reply]
I finished up The Wire. Great TV. Absolutely Great. I had some qualms with the premise of Season 5, but they summed it up well enough for me to forgive it.
Season 4 jacked me up though. The kids angle was tough.
Overall great TV. Really great.
Watching Orange is the new black. I've heard good things about it and boobs. [Reply]
