Some fun here. Edwards-Helaire rushed for 1,415 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior .. all-purpose yards -- receiving (55 receptions, 453 yards) and kick returner (KEY) 10 returns, 214 yards pic.twitter.com/3Duq1jjy6J
Holy offense Bat Man. I love Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He is best Rb in the draft. Watkins and Hill deep. Kelce in the middle. And Edwards-Helaire underneath. Good Luck defenses.
Brett Veach told Andy Reid to watch some Clyde Edwards-Helaire film and told Reid you’ll see Brian Westbrook. Reid watched. Then got back to Veach and said he’s better than Westbrook.
This pick screams Andy Reid trying to re-create Brian Westbrook.
I will admit I trashed Edwards-Hilaire in another thread earlier today, and swore that he would never be picked by the Chiefs because of his lacklustre pass protection. It comes almost as a given that Bieniemy demands this out of his backs, but there is no denying he will be a huge matchup problem in the passing game and although he doesn’t have the greatest breakaway speed, He runs tough as nails between the tackles and is very elusive at the point of attack. I am more than willing to give this guy a chance and hope he develops into a great weapon for the defending Super Bowl champions. [Reply]

Dude, offensive linemen are barely asked to do shit in college, and you expect RB's to be great in pass protection?
RB's don't come out of college as great pass protectors. None of them do. [Reply]
