Best22 06:30 PM Yesterday
They are 3-7 but are building momentum with their last two wins. Thoughts?

Teicher on the radio saying this could be an interesting game and suggests that the chiefs could look past this game and it could be a trap game

I don't think they'll be overlooking any game the rest of the way, that's if they have already, which I doubt.

Teicher has made a 30 year career out of stating the obvious.

Is it possible the Chiefs are purposely trying to keep Hopkins snaps below the 60% threshold? It doesn't make sense to me for Hopkins to play 47% of the snaps in a game of that magnitude. He was 3rd in the WR room in snaps.

No, the pressure of one of the best teams in the NFL and one of the best QBs in the NFL was a heavy load.

Jeez man, lose one game...ONE GAME to an elite opponent and people start saying dumbass stuff

I was pretty annoyed during last night's game in the first series of the 3rd quarter, when it was 3rd-and-1, and both Travis and DHop were on the sidelines though. It was like we were shouting to BUF and the world, "hey, we're running it here!!!!" Didn't make any sense to me at all.

And I know there were a few other plays where DHop was conspicuously not on the field in key 3rd down moments during the game that seemed odd to me.

I suppose it's possible that he hasn't absorbed enough of the playbook/subpackages yet. Heck, it's only been 3.5 weeks since he became a Chief?

Anyway, it goes without saying that I, along with I suspect everyone here, haven't spent any time watching CAR this season. So I really don't know what to expect. And I doubt I'm going to dive into their game films to try and get better acquainted with them this week.

But just based on some of their gross metrics, they look like a cross between LVR and NOR, statistically? Just based on that, I expect a score that looks something like 27-20, or maybe 28-16 or whatever. It'll probably be more interesting to see Pacheco back and how he looks, as well as how much/little Travis and DHop play. And I expect that they'll both be spending a lot of time on the sideline for this one.

We also probably ought to remember we play the raiders 5 days after this game.

Chief's are going to do just enough to position themselves well for the playoffs, that's why there's so many close games, sometimes it bites you like on Sunday but they're still in the lead for the HFA and will probably stay there. They're trying not to peak during the holidays

Everyone is going to keep saying why isn't Mahomes Mahomes then it'll be the post season and Mahomes Mahomes will show up

They have gained the fewest offensive yards and allowed the most points. I don’t expect a close game. The Raiders have an actual defense, Carolina’s was historically bad at the beginning of the year. They are basically the Lions, but in reverse
