Raiders need to get a pass-rushing DT or another EDGE, a decent LB probably, and get rid of Carr. They've gone as far as they're going to go with that guy. With a decent defense they could go 9-10 wins. But they could also easily go 8-9 wins even with a good defense because Derek is so unpredictably hot and cold. Build up their DL, and go find a better QB. Not Stafford. [Reply]
