I'm sure he's coming from all over the place. If you ban a full range you can wind up knocking out valid people. Banning IP ranges is a really, really tough call.

The thought of posting the kids picture never even occurred to me until the grandma brought it up and started threatening lawsuits. I called her on her bluff, everyone laughed, now you're all crying about it. (Except for SR, he gets it.) Its just a simple photo of a cute baby.
