Had an NFC Personnel executive tell me “He reminds me of J.J. Watt, when Watt was coming out. An explosive and versatile playmaker who has a high motor and can line up at 3,5, or 7. Very strong kid” #NFL#NFLDraftpic.twitter.com/5qM3g6OrMr

This kid is going to be a stud. This may be the best draft class of Veach's career and that's saying something.
nothing can ever top trading up for the best QB we ever did see. But I know what you mean. [Reply]
A few of those reps he dominated were against Charles Leno, JR. not an elite LT, but he’s probably top 10. He was the 14th rated OT (regardless of left or right), on PFF last year.
The kid dominated him.
If it were a full game, it would have gotten ugly. [Reply]
I always worry about how they transition into the NFL (like most of us) - but yeah, looked pretty darned good out there! I'm excited - hope he is a beast! [Reply]

And one thing to keep in mind-Karlaftis' approach is one that will wear on an OT as the game goes on. He's going to get a lot of late game sacks as OT's wear out with his relentless motor. That physicality is going to play. [Reply]
