Tongue is my favorite street taco filling.

I've been eating camp fire food for a couple days and w are having lasagne tonight.

Last night we made pork chops, burgers, dogs, potato pouches, corn, peppers, hot ham and cheese in these presses made for the fire. All on a camp fire. Pretty good shit.

In my experience [mostly braising, some smoking], tongue is basically brisket without the fat.

Best part was I was 15 minutes from home, a good childhood friend just bought a camper and him and his wife showed up. It was an awesome weekend with all our friends and kids.

We have been talking about getting a camper in a year or two, we might accelerate that a bit.the little ones loved it. Nothing too fancy almost pulled the trigger on a 29 footer last night lol.
