Last night we made pork chops, burgers, dogs, potato pouches, corn, peppers, hot ham and cheese in these presses made for the fire. All on a camp fire. Pretty good shit. [Reply]

Not sure what white cheese you use but try buying BelGioioso Provolone and cut into small cube chunks. Much better! Everything else perfect. :-)
Best part was I was 15 minutes from home, a good childhood friend just bought a camper and him and his wife showed up. It was an awesome weekend with all our friends and kids.
We have been talking about getting a camper in a year or two, we might accelerate that a bit.the little ones loved it. Nothing too fancy almost pulled the trigger on a 29 footer last night lol. [Reply]
