All this taco talk got me hungry yesterday and I went to Troon North golf course's Dynamite Grill for their taco Tuesday and had 4 tri-tip tacos with spicy salsa, crema, shredded lettuce, jicama, pickled onions,cilantro, and cotija cheese and two shredded chicken with mole sauce and same condiments. A total of $15.00 for the 6 tacos. They were excellent! [Reply]

Look up Osso Buco. Great use for shanks. Looks like you had all the ingredients handy. Brown then braise the shanks along with the veggies. Make a gravy from the drippings. Serve it all over a pile of mashed taters
been kicking the tyres lately about the buco. taking the plunge. marinating for six hours in salt, italian seasonings, and thyme sprigs.
staying with the typical ingredients. and will serve on a bed of mash with gremolata topper. :-) [Reply]
Had one of the best roast I have ever eaten tonight. Carrots, potatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Then a added a couple slices of homemade bread hot out of the machine.
Washed it down with a couple glasses of ICE cold milk. [Reply]
