Look up Osso Buco. Great use for shanks. Looks like you had all the ingredients handy. Brown then braise the shanks along with the veggies. Make a gravy from the drippings. Serve it all over a pile of mashed taters [Reply]

have been contemplating making my own shells. the old el paso types are too thick.
the thought of taco's took me to a different place today. i decided i am gonna cook minced lamb and feta stuffed capsicum's. got some rosemary, chives, and some mint plus the obvious: garlic. :-) [Reply]
