:-) i cooked porterhouse steaks (homemade mushroom gravy), baked potato and corn on the cob. the youngest put bbq sauce on his steak, i nearly had a stroke. but i kept my cool, i only took his phone away and not his computer. :-)

i cooked home made jambalaya and no one added any ketchup. i would hate to ground two children in two days from desecrating my meals :-)

I got my baby my baby bbaby back ribs and some country style that I use to make all the time. Just put them all on the grill excited how they turn out.

diced chicken thighs, chorizo, onion, capsicum, celery, parsley, cajun seasonings, prawns and other tomato products (pure' and diced).

the one thing i liked this time is i browned the chorizo before i sweated the veggies, then introduced the chicken. the chorizo texture if put in after the veggies was soft and bland. was really nice. :-)
