I mentioned Ebon a couple weeks ago, felt like a fool since then because I got down almost a grand at one point but it's finally taking off! These diamond hands haven't failed me yet. [Reply]
We just had a large AMC multiplex theater open near our house this month. Talk about bad timing. They were close to opening last March when everything went down and got shuttered for a full year. I hope to be able to go there for movie watching in the near future. [Reply]

I got in at 45.95. Fucking 11% gain in a day.
You are fucking brilliant.
Now watch closely as I don’t sell and fuck this off. :-) [Reply]
It happens if you violate the IRS tax loss harvesting rules. If you sell a stock at a loss you can claim it on your taxes. You can't have bought the same stock for 30 days prior or after for the loss to count. If you do the loss is "washed" and stuffed back into your basis.
The intention in giving the tax break is that you really moved on and ate the loss. Though thirty days isn't all that long. Obviously everybody would sell anything down and buy it right back if the rule didn't exist [Reply]

You’re welcome. That’s a solid entry by you. Any selling off it’s had today has been bought back quickly, good sign. I’m riding this one a bit, maybe a few weeks to see how much it gets back of last retracement. I will consider selling 25% of my position at 10% gain and then move stop loss to break even (so you don’t have a losing trade since you’re up nicely). You’re already there so just a thought. [Reply]
