Rumors are that the Cardinals are expected to trade Helsley.
Good - no reason to pay a closer next season and you can probably still get some decent value for him. I still say Baltimore is the play there; offer him up with a SP (maybe Gray) and see if you can get one of their surplus position prospects.

The Brewers appear to be doing the same with Devin Williams after they turned down his $10.5 club option yesterday, but he is still under team control for one year and is eligible for the arbirtration process like Helsley.
