With RB Isiah Pacheco expected to be sideliend 6-8 weeks, the Chiefs are bringing their former RB Kareem Hunt back to Kansas City for a Tuesday visit, per league sources. Hunt could help fill the Chiefs’ running back void. pic.twitter.com/nDzNGlrcuH

"Buy in"? It costs nothing. Why purposely be miserable about this? [Reply]

Listen. I love that 87 is on the KH hype train.
But lets not pretend he wasn't washing Kadarius Toneys balls on how he looked, what he was doing " oh I can't believe the giants let him out of their building."
We've heard this shit before, and the results were that we were sold a false bill of goods. So I'm happy that Kelce isn't deterred from supporting his teammates after that, but I'm not ready to buy in sight unseen.
I'd love just as much as anyone to see Kareem Hunt ripping off multiple 50+ yard tds like he did playing with Alex Smith. Maybe it was Andy's scheme forcing so many light boxes. He's certainly going to get more of those.

It's not miserable.
I'm simply saying I'm not going to be watching the game with any high expectations for Kareem Hunt, even despite the Travis Kelce hype.
When 2017-2018 Hunt doesn't show up.and bust 50 yard runs, run over people, jump over people, and he puts up 3 yards and a wet fart, you got some folks here that have wanted this so badly for so long, they'll be on suicide watch.
Rasputin believes the entire league is completely reeruned, how could they let us get Hunt back. Lmao.
I'll settle for converting the dreaded 3rd and 1, and him not assaulting anyone before or after the games this season. That's a win.
If all he does is reliably move the chains on 3rd and 1 the rest of the season, he'll have improved the offense immensely. [Reply]

He doesn't need to blast 50 yard runs. He just needs to contribute to the team in a positive way. One of his greatest strengths has been punching the ball in inside the ten or on the goal line. Hence why he got eleven TD's last season despite playing injured. No-one is expecting him to be Barry Sanders out there. [Reply]

Exactly, all he's got to do is provide what is needed. And that could come in short yardage situations and near the gold line. [Reply]
