Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
It would be wonderfulif he played so well and made so many fantastic throws that the whole media was nothing but Mahomes for the next two weeks. [Reply]

Well that whole Big 12 vacuum is about to be filled !!!:-)
Case Keenum and Jared Goff played the same exact air raid offense in college as Mahomes. They are ballers this year.
Dak, Cam, Big Ben, Marriotta and more recently Watson have looked good and they played in spread offenses.
RGIII was an outlier bc injuries ruined his career and it looks like DeShaun Watson is heading in the same direction. [Reply]

So who's blocking for Mahomes? Schwartz wants to play. Ehinger is getting the nod at guard. I assume Fulton and Fisher will play most of the game to protect our prize.
Receiver we've got Wilson, Robinson, Chesson, DAT harris, kelce for part of the game, Harris, and Orson Charles.

Would be amazing. Can’t wait for the off-season and the retooling of this team. [Reply]

As for leadership, I see him as a silver spooned rich boy who got everything handed to him on a silver platter throughout most of his life from his millionaire dad. I didn't Dee it on the field.
As for his time in KC, he looked meh in the preseason and everything else in the media is speculation.
Maybe he will prove me wrong? I just don't buy it. Guys like him never make it as QBs.
It'll be interesting to see personality wise if he's more Russell Wilson or Brock Osweiler. Osweiler said all the right things while he was in Denver and just before getting his contract with the Texans. He deserves an emmy for his performance. [Reply]
