Reminds me long long ago when I was on the middle school basketball team, I was "going out" with a girl and she bragged about how good her friend was on the girls basketball team. This gif pretty much summed up her friend's coordination.

That 'little' boat was a $17 million tuna boat. Evidently the ship's engineer on the cargo ship essentially flipped from forward to reverse too quickly and the 'transmission' for lack of a better word didn't disengage before re-engaging, so the motor just kept spinning forward.
Somehow nobody realized this until after they blasted the wharf.
