Well I guess I'm not the only one. You and the NFL promo hucksters are going full-bore on a potential "first ever three-peat!"
Nope. The Green Bay Packers ALREADY accomplished that! They won THREE championships in a row, the second and third of which were followed by winning the "AFL-NFL World Championship Game" ... only later retro-actively called "Super Bowl I and II."
Same thing. You cry to me about "skipping our best years," so don't skip the Packers' THREE-PEAT. You might still "three-repeat," you just won't be the first
News flash!! Packers never won 3 straight SB's, you moron. No team that ever won two consecutive SB's has gotten back to the SB for a third try & the Chiefs are the 1st to do it.
Look at your Donkeys after they were charity-gifted their fraudulent SB's in '97 and '98 and then in 1999 slopped through a 6-10 season because they had to play under the same rules as all the other teams. [Reply]

HINT: Three-peat does not mean three conference championships. Three-peat means three consecutive Super Bowl victories. The Packers have never three-peated. [Reply]

He's about as sharp as a bowling ball.
One can go to the Orange Huddle and look at page 357 of the "Chiefs Suck" thread and see that DonkeyDuff is still clinging to his Donktard mythology that "Elway carries those '80's Donkeys teams", which is false.
Elway never carried any Donkeys teams -- they carried him.
Only thing Elway ever carried was most likely a turd in his back pocket. [Reply]
The Packers players were plumbers, electricians, mail men, telephone operators and manufacturing workers for part of the year and went to training camp to “get back in shape” for the football season.

This post just SCREAMS 'pay attention to me!'
Sorry you're REALLY sad about the Chiefs winning last night. This must be a hard time for you.
The Packer's '3-peat', again, not in the Super Bowl era, consisted of winning six playoff games (2 each season over 3 years).
The Chiefs, should they complete it, will have required winning 10 games for 3 straight Lombardi's.
So, sorry, if no one finds the Packers accomplishment of a '3 peat' all that impressive.
It's certainly not near as impressive as what the Chiefs have done in this era where the league is aimed at parity and everyone having an 'equal shot' [Reply]

** Denver Broncos (Cheating Donx) violated the salary cap during 2 Super Bowl seasons [Reply]
You guys just don't get it. I'm not sure why, but you don't.
I'll explain s l o w l y . . .
.
I posted a statistic analysis that counted just NFL games
I also post our teams' H2H should best be seen in NFL games only, leaving out the 19-1 in the intentionally uneven, non-competitive AFL
You guys CRY OUT "No BroncoBuff, no!" You can't leave out AFL games, that's the OTHER time we were good!"
Oh, but NOW - now you're FINE with excluding other records merely because they're NAMED differently: "No BroncoBuff, no! The first of those three wasn't even called "Super Bowl!'"
I got news for you - The second and third of those three weren't called Super Bowls either, not until two years later. Which proves even further that it's all about names, not about a true 3-Peat record.
It's a double standard on your part, plain and simple. A completely understandable double standard, in that your Chiefs-centric narrow minds badly want to believe you'll be the "First Ever," and the NFL's Promo Machine is working overtime to drive your thinking in that direction, so it's understandable. But it's still a double standard. [Reply]
