It's what he does, till he doesn't... it's not a given. It's a discussion board, for Christ Sake. [Reply]

Mahomes is gonna get his.
The Eagles running the ball will just slow down their offense and increase chances for our defense to make a game-changing play.
This is why I think Spags is almost content to LET teams go on long drives when we have a 7-point lead or more. It increases the chance of a mistake. [Reply]

And it won't matter. None of that will be why whoever wins the game wins the game.
If KC doesn't commit a bunch of unforced errors, fumbles, bizarre interceptions or whatever, they'll win.
Just like every single game they've played for years now.
The opponent almost doesn't matter. Good team, bad team, KC will play just good enough to win.
Or, if they're just unfocused and do a bunch of keystone cops style dumb shit, they might lose. But it won't be any matchup. There's no PLAN that will beat KC. There's no magic bullet. You have to play a near perfect game, and capitalize on any KC mistake to have a chance. And even THEN...Mahomes will do Mahomes things if you give him even 13 seconds. And you'll wonder how the hell that just happened, and you'll blame the refs, or the coaches, or scapegoat a specific player.
The last time they did the keystone cops routine in a post-season game was the AFCCG against The Bengals...so it's been awhile. You do understand that KC hasn't lost a post-season game since January 2022, right? It COULD happen. But I doubt it.
The Eagles are a very good team, and a worthy opponent. So was Buffalo. So was San Fran last February. And so on, and so on, and so on. [Reply]

Strength of schedule. Eagles had fifth lowest opponent winning percentage. Chiefs had 10th lowest opponent winning percentage. So the Chiefs did play a tougher schedule… but, at 10th versus fifth, it seems like you are over stating that aspect.
Statistically, According to this site, the Eagles O was better than the Chiefs O, And the Eagles D was also better than the Chiefs D
Of course, this means absolutely nothing… Just found it interesting as it seems to fly in the face of a lot of the analysis… Not to mention the pointspread.

Hey… Maybe… it’s going to be a very interesting game. [Reply]
Had it been noted here yet that apparently Jalen Carter has been lining up over the RG almost exclusively?
Watching games it felt that way, guess it's real. So it would be a curveball for them to put him over Caliendo. Not that other guys aren't just as capable of beating him, but thought that was noteworthy since we've been worried about that matchup most. [Reply]

This offense has been efficient since benching Morris and adding Brown.
If you think an offense with iffy tackles, a mediocre RB room and bad WRs is better than what they have now, I'm assuming you think Bienemy is the difference? [Reply]
