Whatever else happens the rest of this season, that blocked FG play is going to stand in infamy for quite some time, regardless.
It couldn't have happened at a better time & against a more deserving opponent. And I still can't stop :-) about it even two days later (and probably won't for quite some time.)
I kid you not, when I tell you that Leo Chenal & George Karlaftis have already cemented their place in my personal Chiefs Ring of Fame for pulling off what I call the PAYBACK play.
And I call it the PAYBACK play because of the Donks O-Lineman getting away with putting Vaseline on their jerseys in that 1997 playoff game & Leo & Furious George sure made the Donks O-Line look like they were wearing the same Vaseline substance, given the way Leo & Furious George bowled over Donks #54 and slid by the other Donks O-Lineman to block that FG.
To the Donks fans, who all these years thought the Donks wearing Vaseline on their jerseys in the 1997 play-off was some sort of funny joke -- ^^look up at the previous paragraph & ask yourself "how funny is that joke?". PAYBACK !! [Reply]

Pat/Andy/Spags are not only curse breakers, but they are vengeance! And as far as this last game goes, I would rather it than a 50 point beat down. They had it, and it was soooooo fucking close. And then they got their hearts ripped out. [Reply]
Yup. Called it out as it happened and deducted from Denver accordingly...just for Chambo and BIFF i had us at 31 to 7 if not for that pushing and Pat missing wide open TDs against that shit defense [Reply]

Football fans see what they want to...Donktards are saying they outplayed the Chiefs and deserved to win. They are ignoring that they were blanked in the 2nd half. Mahomes missed two open TD passes....not because anything their team did...they were beaten on those plays.
Sutton got away with a push off on his long TD...it created the separation from McDuffie. Weird how you dont hear them complaining about the refs on THAT no-call...if the roles were reversed and KC scored on an OPI...they would never shut up about it.
KC "should" have been up 10+ points in the final minutes...but what should happen doesn't always play out like that.
Donks were very lucky to even be trying a game winning FG... [Reply]

You could even see Lamar Hunt up in the box mouthing "too far" before that kick. It was a minor miracle. That thing looked like it never got higher than 12 feet off the ground. [Reply]

Actually, the part of your quote in bold is a lingering part of Donkeys history going all the way back to the 1977 AFCCG (the Rob Lytle fumble) with Donktards thinking they're entitled to have the playing fielded tilted in the Donks favor by whatever means. The Donktards will NEVER admit to a blown call or bad call going in their favor.
From my side, I will point out an obvious PI that should have been called on Chiefs CB Dale Carter in a 1995 game in Donkeytown, but there was no flag thrown & Carter picked off Elway's pass. It should have been PI on Carter with the Donks getting a 1st down inside the KC 10-yard line.
Fast forward 1 year to the 1996 Donks-Jags playoff game and on YT we have this Donktard named 'cpiep' saying that the PI called on Donks DB #20 Tory James was BS. No it wasn't -- you can clearly see James push the Jags WR out of his way to get to the football.
The Donktard philosophy is "a win is a win" (not being able to discern the difference between a gift and a rightfully earned victory).
Well, a loss is a loss, and thanks again Leo & Furious George for not only handing the Donks that loss last Sunday, but also taking that big L and shoving it up the a$$ of these Donktards. [Reply]
