Boy I dunno ... chiefs have so little motivation, but that might actually make it worse.

Didn't like Sean Payton's 4th down tries, seemed too desperate. And the 1 out of 4 success rate just opened up the tap for Lamar's offense to roll up the score.

If we just stand and punt when necessary, show some confidence, we'll keep it close, 9 pts or less.

Chiefs have only won one game by more than 10, so probably… 17? 24?

So now SB 1 was minor leagues but not SB 4? Possibly SB 3? Let us know when the committee has officially deliberated on this.
Nope. Never said anything "didn't count."

No "committee," just my opinion. Despite the Chiefs' great win in SB IV, which proved the AFL cream measured up, the rest of the two leagues were woefully mis-matched at the start. League inter-play was an eye-opener for everybody ...okay, here you go:

AFL/AFC teams win % .313 and .400 vs NFL/NFC first two seasons, after which AFC caught up .513, .500, .575...

And what team did more than its share to contribute to those .313 (1970) and .400 (1971) percentages with a .333 (2-4) percentage overall during those 2 years?

DONKEYS !!

And how did those Donks do the previous 3 seasons in the AFL? The SAME.

Small wonder that the Donks HC at that time (Lou Saban) would scream at them "MY DAUGHTER COULD DO BETTER" & not knowing that he was inadvertently forecasting Elway's play in multiple SB's, as well as Elway's tenure as a GM.

As a GM?! Wow, we really REALLY disagree on this one. Yes, after Kubiak got sick and he drafted Paxton Lynch, both in 2016, John's GM work hit the skids. Bad HC hires especially.

But from January 2011 to 2015, somebody oughta write a book about Elway's General Managing:

1) Beats out six other teams to sign Manning - Peyton credited John as making the difference. The 2013 Broncos set every possible team offensive record, as did Manning with individual records. 606 points, three 50-point games, five players scored 10+ TDs.

2) Then JUST TWO YEARS LATER, Broncos fielded an historic defense - entirely assembled by Elway. Won Super Bowl, but you can't blame this one on HGH - despite starting just 10 games, Manning finished second in the league in interceptions (Bortles).

Ever wonder why people were posting memes that showed the officiating crews as the Donkeys 12th man during those years? Here is why:

1) Their offense got away with massive holding (same as 1996 -- 1998) and continually orchestrating illegal pick plays in 2013.

2) Their defense in 2015 got away with continually holding receivers downfield -- something they attempted to do in the 2014 playoff against Indy, but rightfully got flagged for in that game, but didn't get flagged for it in 2015 (had to give Manning his going-away present). They weren't historic at all.

Only thing Elway built was his own good case of hemorrhoids.

Ok, again opinions differ. And we were penalized 300 yards more than our opponents (click) that year.

I don't remember memes like those, or improper, favorable flags. I remember Manning throwing pick after pick, then rehabbing in-season before returning less of a QB, but a stronger pure leader.

Like so often, it was a defensive team that prevailed. Look at the Top 10 offenses ever, damn near every one was beaten by a top defensive team.

2013 Broncos
2015 Panthers
1983 Redskins
1984 Dolphins
2011 Packers
2018 Chiefs
2007 Patriots
1999 \\
2000 Rams won 1 SB - by 1 1/2 yds at final gun
2001 //
1990 Bills
2011 Saints

Peyton Manning went from throwing 4,727 yards 39 TDs and 15 INTs (4th overall) to throwing 9 TDs and 17 INTs and ranking dead last.

It was the biggest single season QB decline in NFL history...also the first year the NFL started testing for HGH...which Manning's wife was "coincidentally" receiving shipments of in the mail.

Kind of strange Horseface asked Manning to take a paycut that off-season....after being the 4th ranked QB with almost 5000 yards and 39 TDs. Elway's clairvoyance was pretty spectacular on that one....how could he have known? Josh Allen was the 4th rated QB last year...weird he wasnt requested to reduce his salary just "because"...seems like a perfectly normal ask.

Don't try to sell the false narrative that the Donks Defense didn't get away with massive holding at critical times in 2015. Even the game where KC won in Donkeytown, the Donks DB's were repeatedly getting away with holding Chiefs receivers downfield.

Plus, the entire country saw that Sunday night game stolen from NE and given to the Donks (hence the memes with the officials as the Donks 12th man).

Manning was given a going-away present by the league, same as they did with Elway.

Because Manning stopped taking "his wife's" PED's ...:-)

Interesting that you apply this logic to the Broncos while ignoring that KC has been one of the most-penalized teams in the league during the Mahomes era.

Do you mean just like the 1989 Donkeys that finished 3rd in total yards allowed & 1st in points allowed and got 55 points laid on them by Joe Montana and the Niners in SB 24?

Yes, you said that "you" don't count AFL accomplishments. I already quoted your post saying exactly that.

Again...if you're counting them, why would you start your comparison in 1970? Makes zero sense.

The AFL/AFC went 2-2 in the first 4 SBs, including a dominant win for KC in SB 4. Then the AFC went on to win 9 of the next 11 SBs. The only AFC teams to lose in the SB during that stretch were the Broncos and Dolphins. If there were a "minor league" period for the AFC, it started in the 80s. From '82 to '97, the NFC won FIFTEEN of 16 SBs. The Broncos are all too familiar, as they lost their first four SBs by an average of almost 30 pts. This is what you call graduating to the "major leagues?" :-)

Your argument makes no sense. You could make a great case that the Broncos were a minor league team for a very long time, but the AFL/AFC as a whole? Not so much.

You guys are really desperate to have something on the ol' Chiefs. But you're definitely not obsessed or anything. :-)

Is that wisecrack about Clark "not nice?" I'm kind of thinking some of you might agree.
Go over to the Burrowhead thread. Start at the beginning, and see how Rfaulk responds to posters. Then go to the beginning of this thread, and see how the Dungkey fans were insufferable on here. Quit being so offended. Sack up, and get with the program, or eat fuck pie, queer. Then gtfoh! The choice is yours, BroncoBlumpkin!
