I know how much you miss me in losses. So I’m here.
This has gone worse than I expected, though I did not expect a win.
I think the talent differential has shown in this game. There were plays there to make and our players didn’t make them. Would be really nice to have even one more legit NFL receiver.
And I think the team was a bit more fragile than I expected. The game was actually going fine until that touchdown run by Nix was called back. And then the momentum broke like an avalanche. [Reply]

They will be 5-4 after this game.
They’re not good. They’re not bad.
They’re a .500 ball club.
They will finish 8-9 or 9-8, at best. It’s who they are.
Which is NOT a playoff team, no matter how much waxing poetic Romo wants to do. [Reply]

In glad you're doing alright after this unfortunate game. [Reply]

Of course I am. Anyone who thought Denver would be competitive with the best teams in the AFC should be locked up.
After beating up on some of the worst teams, and losing to one of the best, Denver is a middling team. And that’s better than anyone reasonably expected.
Nix had a worse game here than some of his recent games. But not terrible. And he gets no help from receivers. It often seems like he needs to make a good throw at least twice before the play is made.
On the last series he threw a perfectly good TD pass and Humphrey didn’t bother to put both arms out. The series prior he threw a first down pass and Mims didn’t complete his route. And of course Humphrey fails to catch the ball and tips it up for an INT to start the game.
The only good skill player is Sutton. And it’s gonna be hard to succeed against good teams with that. [Reply]

Their producers obviously had them pimping the Donks from the get go...Romo finally gave up calling Denver's defense dominant after it was like 38-10. [Reply]

If by "the game was going fine," you meant Denver was outclassed from the jump....agreed.
Kinda like every other game vs a team with a winning record so far. [Reply]
