Honestly, do not remember a single accusation of referee favoritism in those years.
Then you only hear what you want to. Plenty of people brought attention to the fact that a replay official involved in a huge and controversial call was a confirmed Denver fan. And get this…he wasn’t even the only confirmed Denver fan among the officiating crew. :-)

One thing that I've learned about history. It's not always told accurately. For example, the history of the Civil War is not taught the same in the South as it is in the North. The same goes with Dink history. Everyone sees it how their bias dictates. [Reply]
