Do you cringe while posting this stuff? God, I hope so. :-)

Btw, are you going to show up after KC murders the Broncos in a few weeks?

Where you see the rest of the schedule playing out?

After all, the lowly Denver Broncos managed to curb stomp the raiders.

It’s really disappointing to see my heroes squeak by.
But while the Chiefs take every other team's best shot week in and week out, all the while watching the Chiefs remain undefeated, nobody really gets fired up to play the Broncos.

Why would we compare a dynasty franchise to a bunch of losers who haven’t had a winning season in a decade?

I responded to a comment about Elway with another comment about Elway.
Again, I'm referring to your comment about our "clam" still being sensitive (about a game from 26 years ago). This isn't rocket science.

You guys clearly haven't been humbled enough. Another decade or two of missing the playoffs while watching KC dominate the NFL should do the trick.

Broncos & Ravens will be interesting next weekend.

Not a single Donk win has been against a team with a current winning record...4 of them came against teams that are 2-6 or worse.

It is what it is… they are winning against a bad schedule, and many around here didn’t have them with 5 wins for the season against this schedule. They still won’t make the playoffs, and I’m fine with that as it never was an expectation.

Now, it’s on to a pissed off Baltimore that just got caught sleep walking vs the Browns. Can Baltimore get caught twice? We shall see.

Oh those poor bastard Broncos. Browns winning was BAD for them.

I'd be genuinely impressed if Boo Pix keeps it within 3 TDs against a real team that's pissed off.

I wouldn't be sad if they did though. The most annoying trope in the "NFL community" these days is overrating teams like the Ravens and Bills for their style points win and being point differential champions.

Exactly. They'll lose 5 or 6 of their last 8. I stil think they end up with a losing record.

Many didn't have them winning 5 the entire year? You don't have to make things up. Most KC fans were predicting 6-9 wins for Denver. I think I predicted 7, and there's certainly no guarantee they're going to win more than two more. Every game left will likely be a struggle, and to get past 7 wins, they'll probably need to steal at least one from a team that's better than them.

I read plenty of comments… and you say most had them at 6? I was way off with the comment.

Asking Donk fans to be pragmatic is like asking a 4 year old about Santa.

Hypothetically, if the Saints/Panthers games were directly after the Ravens/Chiefs/Falcons...instead of before, they would likely be 3-5 right now. Which is more consistent with several key statistical metrics.

Credit to the Donkos...they arent one of the 8-10 worst teams in the NFL. (they weren't last year either) This is exactly where we, as Chiefs fans, want them. Last year was the season to tank...and they blew it.

Cleveland looked rejuvenated with Winston at QB...which was one of 3 games left I had them potentially winning. (Browns, Panthers, Raiders).

I have them at 7 wins...with a chance at 8.

No, I said 6 to 9.

Are the disingenuous ways of your fanbase rubbing off?
