Yep...likely 5-6 in a month from now.
That means you'll need to go 4-2 to have a winning record. Colts, Bengals, Chiefs and Chargers during that final stretch...better hope KC wins against the Bills so they can rest their starters in week 18. [Reply]

I suspected that you were going to try to employ that copout. But that's really all it is -- a copout.
It's not apples, oranges, as both cases fall under the category of scandalous activities with the penalty of being barred from the HOF totally applicable in both cases.
All you're telling anyone is that it's OK for MLB to prosecute Rose for his scandalous activities, but the Three :-) (Bowlen, Elway, and Davis) be given a pass by the NFL because they were owner/players with the Donks.
If you can't see the hypocrisy in that, you're being blatantly blind & did you ever consider that MLB wasn't involved with Rose' activities, but the NFL WAS involved with the activities of the Three :-) and they've been desperately trying to cover it up ever since?
And as I said, Bowlen has no merit to be in the HOF. [Reply]

Possibly…
Should be 5-3 after week 8.
At Ravens and then at Chiefs. Likely 5-5 after those games, but who knows. You could put the season stats for Nix and Mahomes side by side and barely tell the difference. Still, Denver very likely isn’t winning at KC.
At 5-5, it’s home vs Falcons… should be a loss, but they’re not consistent either.
Then on the road vs Raiders… best shot at snapping the streak.
Then home games vs the Browns and Colts.
Should win 2, wouldn’t be shocked with 3 wins if those 4… would 8-6.
Then it’s at the Chargers, Bengals and home vs KC.
They will win one of those and get to the 9 win mark that I projected for them.
If Denver enters the final 3 games at 8-6, I think they’ll win 10 games. [Reply]
