Sorry the pic of her tacos isn't very good, but I tried to snap it without getting my hand bit off. As you can see, she had already worked through half of the plate.
I don't see a single pic of your wifes taco. All I can see is her foot. wtf? [Reply]

It feels like not many people eat enchiladas chili verde way.. a lot of it is a rojo (red) sauce... I feel sorry for them. Chicken with green sauce is the way to go. [Reply]

I always preferred rojo. Only recently tried verde but it always looked disgusting to me before. I actually liked it. I still like both. I don't think there is only one way to go. [Reply]

I feel like I can consistently eat verde style, perhaps its the way my mom has cooked it as I grew up that made it so good. I have to be in the mood for rojo- do you use beef or chicken for rojo? [Reply]
I like my wife's enchilada casserole shit she makes. Kinda like a lasagna style formation with layers of corn tortillas, verde sauce, chicken, cheese and jalapeņos. She uses Costcos rotisserie chicken, just shreds it up and puts everything together. Super easy and good. [Reply]
