I have a friend that's the VFX supervisor for the upcoming Spielberg move "Ready Player One" and he said the security is absolutely insane. Fingerprint and retina scan, in and out.
I'm not saying that 100% that it can't happen but why would anyone who's at that level of filmmaking risk their entire career (not to mention, serious Federal prosecution) for stealing video?
And FWIW, even though JW is listed as the composer for "Ready Player One", he's too busy with Star Wars so it's now Alan Silvestri (even though IMDB hasn't been updated). [Reply]

We hear Alec Guinness and Ewan McGregor in TFA and Ewan actually recorded new lines for the "Forceback". Originally, Rian Johnson was slated to script both VIII and IX. But VIII was such a huge undertaking that it was decided last year that Colin Trevorrow would write (actually, co-write) IX, was which was completely re-written after Carrie's passing.
KK's been giving the creatives a wide berth and didn't want to announce and begin scripting an Obi Wan film that wouldn't have continuity or handcuff the writers of VIII and IX.
With Maul's death in Rebels at the hand of Obi Wan, along with the completion of the new trilogy, Lucasfilm now has a roadmap in which to create an amazing film (or films) featuring Obi Wan and presumably, Yoda, with Bail Organa and even Boba Fett as side characters. [Reply]
