"Sucking" is relative. For example, Denver's likely to miss the playoffs for the 9th consecutive year, in a salary capped league that allows 7 teams into the postseason. They'll also likely hold the record for longest playoff drought in the NFL, which objectively sucks. Bigly.
I think I'd prefer the "perennially losing close playoff games" kind of suckage.
