I hate our GM.

And in other news, the 49ers just massively overpaid Brandon.

I loved the Audric Estime pick. He really hurt himself with his performance at the combine. The way he ran in college was impressive. I'm not sure he'd be ready to take a full NFL load. But if Javonte Williams went down, that's pretty much where we are. Jaleel McLaughlin is not going to be an every-down back, at his size.

Stop insulting Brees. He isn't walking through that door...

The Broncos electric train set has three new QBs for Snidely Whiplash to tie to the tracks

:-) :-)

And Taysom Hill sure got a lot out of the Saints.

It's one thing to be proud of finding a player on the trash heap who (kinda) works for your team. It's another thing to sign that guy to a $50 million contract or whatever it was.

I don't understand any excitement about this guy. In his career, he's had one average year followed by two bad years. That's not a trend that predicts success.

JW had a decent rookie year... almost 1k rushing, about 1300 total yards and 7 TDs. Showed a lot of promise. Year 2, he gets hurt after 4 games. Last year was a mess with Payton trying to figure out how to make Wilson produce.

Overall, yeah there has not been much to write home about. JW has a lot to prove this year and I think you'll see him do well, but there will be a definite mix with how they play the RBs.

JW can be a good receiving threat as well and in this offense with how they run it with Nix, you'll see more of that.

4 years $40 million. $10 m per year puts him right between Noah Fant and Dalton Schultz if you consider him a TE

Hill is an interesting gadget player for an offense... had some good moments, but that's about it really.

And I’d rather have either of those guys.

Okay

Since 2019, Fant’s first season:

Fant: 14 total TDs
Schultz: 22 total TDs
Hill: 47 total TDs

I'm sorry, but the "best QBs" don't run like bitches from the SEC. He was AWFUL in SEC play. Lighting up the Pac 12 with dinks and ducks and an AWFUL broncos defense in mini camp is something Graham Harrell, Timmy Chang, and Chase Daniel were capable of. If Denver wasn't desperate no one takes him before the 3rd

If this report is true supposably the 49ers would've traded Aiyuk and gave a third round pick to the Donks for Courtland Sutton.

I think it's too high a pick to give for Sutton myself. the article is probably BS if you ask me.

49ers reportedly offered a 3rd round pick for WR Courtland Sutton

According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini, the San Francisco 49ers offered the Denver Broncos a third-round pick for veteran wide receiver Courtland Sutton. Their plan was to trade for Sutton and then send wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Broncos obviously turned down this offer so the Steelers did not end up getting Aiyuk.
