Top 10(ish) kid on campus today from the same class.
But he's out of North Carolina and I just can't see us stealing guys out of that backyard...
I'm half tempted to see if I can get STs for this season just to have them for NEXT season. If Gates can keep this class together to signing day, the 24/25 and DEFINITELY 25/26 seasons could be pretty damn remarkable. [Reply]

UNC to a lesser degree but Duke especially isn't what they once were. I don't pretend to understand high school kids these days, so I have no clue what factors will close a kid, much less an elite ballplayer, but I wouldn't write off MU just yet. Weird shit happens man. [Reply]

Is high school recruiting still a major priority or is hitting the transfer portal the way? I know Mizzou has the one assistant who is baller recruiter though so its not surprising the results. [Reply]

It’s both. Recruit the best HS kids you can and develop them. As attrition occurs, rotate in transfers as known quantity to plug holes. [Reply]

The NIL has added instability to the old way of things, too. [Reply]
The 4⭐️ Center is ranked #74 by Rivals (#8 Center). He also becomes the fifth commit for the 24’ class which is still ranked #1 in the nation! M-I-Z pic.twitter.com/SqSejKDDjK
